Rehabtek®, LLC (Rehabtek) understands how important the privacy of personal information is to our users. This Privacy Policy will tell you what information we collect about you and about your use of Rehabtek and its services and devices (collectively, the “Products”). It will explain how your personal information is used and how we protect that information. We urge you to read this Privacy Policy carefully.
If you do not want us to collect, use or disclose information about you and your use of the Products as described in this Privacy Policy, then you should not use the Products. By using the Products, you must agree to the Rehabtek Terms of Use, which is the contract executed between Rehabtek and the buyer of the Products. By accepting the Rehabtek Terms of Use, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy and you acknowledge that we will store and use your information as described herein in the United States.
Some of our Products do not retain your personal information, while others store your personal information. Our web site and our partners may also collect and stores information you provide that is relevant to your use of the Products. If Rehabtek has access to the stored information, we will use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In many cases, while information may be stored on a device, it will not be accessed by Rehabtek, in which case this Privacy Policy will not apply. Even if you do not register with or provide any personal information to Rehabtek, we may collect information about your use of the Rehabtek Products. We may also acquire information about our users from external sources.

Registration
While you may use most of the Products without registering, certain Products do require that you register with Rehabtek for proper support. If you choose to register or update existing information with Rehabtek or access certain Products, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, gender, email address and date of birth, and in some cases a username and password. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal information that you submit to Rehabtek.
Market Research
From time to time, Rehabtek may conduct research surveys on behalf of itself and third parties through tools such as email invitations, pop-up surveys and online focus groups. When participating in a survey, we may require you to provide certain information including your experience using the Products. This information will be used solely for product development purposes and will not be shared with third party marketing agencies.
Emails You Send to Rehabtek
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information, content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to Rehabtek by email. If you want to keep content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them in an email to Rehabtek.
Your Device Information.
When you access and use the Products, Rehabtek may collects and store in its server logs information from your browser or mobile device such as your IP address or unique device identifier, browser information (including referring URL), your preferences and settings, cookies and information about the content you have viewed, and actions taken (e.g., search queries, ad engagement, clicks and the associated dates and times).
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We and our partners may use cookies to collect information about your use of the Products. “Cookies” are small data files assigned to your browser when you visit the Rehabtek Site which enable recognition of your browser and collect and store information about your use of the Products, as described above. We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy and any of our Products at any time and any changes will be effective upon being posted on our site or emailed to you. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by means of a notice on the Rehabtek Sites and/or by email to our registered users (sent to the email address specified when you register) prior to the change becoming effective. By continuing to use the Products after changes are made to this Privacy Policy, you agree to such changes.
